Supports the smooth running of Progressive COGBF by carrying out clerical tasks and projects, meeting the needs of our leadership and congregation. Operating the church like the bible says. 1 Corinthians 14:26-40.

Proper manner, order, not chaos. There should be sensibility not insensitivity. There should be consistency not discord, There should be guidance, not irresponsibility. Policies and procedures to help solve problems. Keeping in mind Exodus 18:21-23

God expects leaders to function effectively, policies and procedures help develop consistency. As Pastor Moses Anderson Jr teaches us "No leader can do the entire job alone". By delegating, a leader can focus on the main issues. The main focus is loving on the hurt and leading them to know Jesus and grow and mature as believers.
