 As a worship leader one must have a personal relationship with God, along with a desire to lead the congregation into deeper worship, bringing God's people to his throne through musical excellence, creativity and passion. Colossians 3:16-17. Above all we desire for God to be glorified through everything.  Mature Christians with the knowledge of having watchful eyes upon us as leaders.

 The most important quality of this team we must be committed attenders and supportive to the leadership of Progressive C.O.G.B.F our mission is to set the atmosphere of worship that souls are saved, bodies are healed, captive minds are set free. Giving honor to GOD and proclaiming to the world, THAT HE LIVES!
